Thank you for choosing the Optimal Care Plan offered by Optimal Green Solutions LLC ("OGS", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your membership in the Optimal Care Plan.

Membership Overview

The Optimal Care Plan is a preventative home maintenance membership designed to help homeowners identify potential issues before they become costly repairs.

Membership benefits may include:

  • Scheduled Home Health Inspections
  • Home Health Reports with photos
  • Home Health Reports may include maintenance recommendations, estimated remaining life of major systems, and energy efficiency observations.
  • Priority scheduling
  • Service discounts
  • Waived trip charges (where applicable)
  • Roof inspection certificates (Premium)
  • Plumbing scope inspections (Premium)
  • Other member benefits described in your selected plan

Membership benefits vary by plan level.

Membership Term

Membership includes an initial twelve (12) month commitment beginning on the enrollment date.

After the initial twelve-month period, membership automatically renews and continues until cancelled by either party.

Membership may be cancelled at any time after the initial twelve-month commitment period by providing written notice.

Recurring Billing Authorization

By enrolling in the Optimal Care Plan, you authorize Optimal Green Solutions LLC to automatically charge the payment method provided for recurring membership fees.

Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected during enrollment.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file.

Cancellation

After the initial twelve-month commitment has been satisfied, membership may be cancelled at any time by providing written notice to: info@optimalgreenfl.com

If membership is cancelled during the initial twelve-month commitment period, the member agrees to reimburse the retail value of inspections performed, waived trip or diagnostic charges, and membership discounts received that exceed membership payments made.

Scheduling

Inspection visits are scheduled based on availability and seasonal service windows.

Members are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property during scheduled appointments.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be considered used for that service period.

Inspection Limitations

All inspections performed under the Optimal Care Plan are visual inspections only.

Inspections are visual, non-invasive evaluations of accessible components only and are not intended to identify every defect or future failure. Membership inspections do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, insurance policy, or certification of any component or system.

Inspections do not include:

  • Destructive testing
  • Engineering analysis
  • Code compliance certification
  • Structural certifications
  • Warranties or guarantees of future performance

Inspection findings represent the visible condition of the property at the time of inspection only.

Repairs and Improvements

Membership fees cover inspections, reporting, and member benefits only.

Any repair, replacement, installation, or improvement work recommended during an inspection is separate from the membership and will be quoted independently.

Member discounts apply only to eligible services performed by Optimal Green Solutions LLC.

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, insurance proceeds, or special pricing programs.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of an inspection or service provided under your membership, please notify us within seven (7) days.

We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern promptly.

Limitation of Liability

Optimal Green Solutions LLC maintains applicable licensing and insurance required by the State of Florida.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OGS shall not be liable for hidden defects, latent conditions, normal wear and tear, or conditions that are not visible during a standard inspection.

Any liability arising from membership services shall be limited to the total membership fees paid during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Changes to Membership Benefits

Optimal Green Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, and program features upon reasonable notice to members.
